Packaging is an important step in the sterile processing of reusable medical devices. Sterilization packaging must:

• allow sterilization of enclosed devices
• maintain sterility until opened
• provide for aseptic delivery

Sterilization pouches or peel pouches are designed to contain single items. Sterility maintenance or dust covers are protective plastic bags used to help maintain the sterility of an item by protecting it from the environment.

Superior-quality pouch with dual indicators. The internal and external indicators are preprinted on the same side and change color when processed with steam and EtO.

Meets CDC infection control guidelines for the effective sterilization process. Made with medical-grade paper and an easy-to-open thumb notch.

Additional process indicator strips are not required with every use.

Type 1 indicator. Pouches and packaging are lead-free and not made with natural rubber latex.
